As an added bonus to our testimonials, how about this?! Aside from school districts, Gardian Angel offers Federal documents as it's insights to you. The National Transportation Safety Board gathered evidence complied by Andrew Gardner, Gardian Angel, LLC’s Director of Marketing , as part of the NTSB’s investigation of the fatal 2018 Rochester, Indiana school bus crossing deaths of three students and the serious injury of a fourth. The NTSB’s final recommendations from that investigation included the Gardian Angel lighting system as an example of a technology for school buses that would prevent these types of crashes. Link shown here.
Following the investigation conducted by the NTSB, the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, which was enacted by President Biden, now requires the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) to assess safety technologies for school buses, including the Gardian Angel lighting system, among others. Gardian Angel, LLC representatives have collaborated with NHTSA officials for the assessment, which is now finished. While no official date has been announced, we can expect the NHTSA's school bus safety technology report to be submitted to Congress and released to the public by the conclusion of 2024, as required by Federal law.
